1. Returns Policy

If unsatisfied with any product of the konjac foods, please return it within 14 days by postmark of purchase and packaged well to prevent damage. Once product is received, a full refund (except shipping fee) can be processed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Shipping Policy

    All free shipping through USPS Priority mail order today, will process next business day customer receive email deliver confirmation within same day shipping order today, we ship next business day.

    Shipping Method: USPS Flat Rate Priority mail
    Business Day: Monday to Friday

    4. Missing Shipment

      If longer than 5 business day, we will reship the package, or give you full refund.

      5. Order Cancelation Policy

        Before shipment, we give you full refund. After shipment, if you want to cancelation, please refused the package, when our warehouse got the package, then we give full refund except the shipping fee.

        6. Damage or Broken the Package

        Contact with our customer service, re-send or refund the damage, contact customer service for more detail information about the damage situation.

        7. Refund Policy

        Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

        8. Delivery Charge on Returning Goods

        If you want to cancel your order when order already shipped out, please refuse the package, when our warehouse got the package, we give you full refund except the shipping cost.

        If for any reason want to return the goods, before shipment, full refund after shipment, please refused the package, then we give your full refund except USPS flat rate shipping fee.
